Q.How does my Gift Card work?

A.The Gift2Go MasterCard®and VISA® Gift Cards are prepaid cards that let you shop at millions of locations around the world. Since this Gift Card is a prepaid card, your spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the Gift Card by the purchaser. Each time you use your Gift Card, the total amount of your purchase and any fees will be automatically deducted from the value of the Gift Card.

Q.How long will my Gift Card take to arrive?

A.All cards are personalised at the time of ordering and sent to the recipient by first class mail. Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery. If the card has not arrived by this time, please contact our Customer Services team on 0303 313 4282.

Q.Do I need to do anything before using my Gift Card?

A.You should write down your Gift Card number and keep it in a separate place, just in case it is lost or stolen. It's also a good idea to know your Gift Card's balance, because merchants will not be able to check your balance for you.

Q.What's my balance?

A.Knowing your balance before you shop will help ensure that your Gift Card is accepted. If you want to purchase an item that costs more than the balance on your Gift Card you should let the cashier know in advance the amount you wish to charge from your Gift Card and your remaining balance payment choice e.g. credit card, debit card or cash, so that you do not get refused the purchase. You can check your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for free at www.gift2gocard.co.uk or calling us on 0303 313 4282.

Q.What fees will apply?

A.It's important to use your Gift Card promptly, because a Monthly Maintenance Fee of either £2, €2 or $2.50 per month beginning on the 1st day of the 7th month from the day of purchase will be applied to any remaining balance. Some other fees may apply as well. For a complete list of applicable fees, see the "Fee Schedule" section of the Gift2Go™ Consumer Terms & Conditions for further details.

Q.What if my Card is lost or stolen?

A.Please call us straight away at 0303 313 4282 so that we can cancel your Gift Card, verify the information you provide and issue you a replacement Gift Card. Please keep your Gift Card number in a safe place - you will need it for Gift Card replacement. There is a £5 Card Replacement/Lost Stolen Fee.

Q.Can I use my Gift Card online?

A.Yes. Your Gift Card can be used to make online purchases. Some websites require you to enter a billing name and address to complete an online purchase. In order for your card to work on these sites, you will have to first register your card at www.gift2gocard.co.uk.

Q.Can value be added to my Gift Card?

A.No. Once the value of the Gift Card has been depleted, the Gift Card is no longer valid and should be cut in half and discarded. However, we recommend that you retain your Gift Card at least until you are sure that you do not intend to return any purchased merchandise. Q.Is there a Minimum number of cards that you must order?

A.Yes. There is a minimum of 25 cards per orders.

Q.Is there a Maximum number of cards that you can order?

A.No. There is no maximum number of cards that you can order allowing you to order what you need when you need it.

Q.Do the cards have standard denominations or may I purchase cards in denominations of my choice?

A.You may order any card value denomination that you need; from £5 - £1,500, €5 - €1,700, $5 - $2,000 and any denomination in-between. You can also mix denominations in your order.

Q.How long does it take for delivery?

A.We will process your card from stock within 2-3 working days from payment. Personalised cards can take around 10-12 working days.

Q.Can I customise and personalise the message on the card?

A.Yes. Each individual card you order is able to deliver a customised and personalised message of up to 20 characters.

Q.Can the cards be used in stores or on the web?

A.The cards can be used in any retail location worldwide that accepts MasterCard or VISA cards. In addition, the cards can be used for telephone orders and for online orders. To use the card for online and telephone purchases you will need to register your card at www.gift2gocard.co.uk.
